Property rarely presents a single issue in isolation. Geering Chartered Surveyors provides independent valuation and property advice across Devon and Cornwall. Our work covers residential, agricultural and rural, commercial, charity, planning and development, and Expert Witness matters.
Some instructions are straightforward and require a clearly defined valuation or piece of advice. Others cross several areas of property and require a wider view. In either case, the starting point is the same: understanding the property, the purpose of the instruction and what the client is trying to achieve.
