About Me

Rupert Geering MRICS, DipHE (Law), MIAgrM (Director)

Rupert is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, and has been working in the property industry since 2001. Until 2022 he was a part owner of a busy estate agency and property consultancy based in rural mid-Devon which let, managed and sold a variety of properties across the county. Following this he worked for a large, multi-disciplined agents with a strong agricultural background undertaking valuations on a broad range of properties and matters, and a wide sphere of professional services work.

During his career he has completed qualifications in Residential Sales, Lettings & Management, and Block Management; as well as a Diploma of Higher Education in Law. Rupert is currently completing an MSc in Rural Estate Management at The Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester and undertaking a research project looking at the changing methodology of agricultural valuations in light of the new suite of agri-environmental schemes and options available to land owners. He is known for his reassuring, holistic, calm and considered advice with the client’s best interest at heart, and always without jargon.
