Rupert Geering MSc, MRICS, MIAgrM, ACIArb

Rupert is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over two decades of experience in the property industry, starting his career in 2001. Prior to 2022, he co-owned a thriving estate agency and property consultancy in rural mid-Devon, managing, letting, and selling a diverse range of properties across the region. Following this, Rupert joined a prominent multi-disciplinary agency with a strong agricultural focus, where he specialized in property valuations and provided a wide array of professional services.

Throughout his career, Rupert has achieved various qualifications, including certifications in Residential Sales, Lettings & Management, Arbitration and Mediation, and Block Management. He also holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Law. In addition, Rupert earned an MSc in Rural Estate Management from The Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, where he conducted research on the impact of nature conservation covenants on agricultural land. He remains deeply interested in the valuation of natural capital and the integration of these considerations into modern valuation practices.

With nearly 25 years of experience, Rupert is known for his reassuring, holistic approach, offering calm and thoughtful guidance that always prioritises the client’s best interests. His advice is clear and straightforward, avoiding unnecessary jargon to ensure full understanding and confidence.
