Rupert Geering MSc, DipHE (Law), MRICS, PSAg, ACIArb

Rupert is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 25 years of experience in the property industry. He co-owned a successful estate agency and property consultancy in rural mid-Devon before joining a leading multi-disciplinary agency with a strong agricultural focus, where he specialised in valuations and professional services.

Alongside a Diploma of Higher Education in Law and membership of the Agricultural Law Association, Rupert holds an MSc in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. His research into nature conservation covenants on agricultural land continues to inform his interest in natural capital valuation and its role in modern practice.

Known for his calm, considered approach, Rupert offers clear, jargon-free guidance rooted in a genuine commitment to his clients’ best interests.
